Having personally transformed my own life through the very services we now offer, I'm so excited to make them more accessible so you can benefit from them too. After nearly a decade in the corporate world, I’ve witnessed how stress and burnout can derail your well-being and success. I've travelled the world searching for answers and I'm pleased to say I found them. And now I want to help you find them too.

Our Team

Our family-run team brings together decades of experience in healthcare, corporate life and wellbeing. I have teamed up with my mum Bal, who has an extensive nursing background. Her expertise offers unique insights into how BodyTalk can help address physical health, mental health and deeper blocks related to success, relationships and more. Alongside this, we both draw on wisdom and insight from martial arts, Qi Gong and meditation - practices that have profoundly elevated our own success and wellbeing.
